Hey so sorry this happened when I was testing I always did it from within an episode past the pre trailer point so I never added it. A patch as already been pushed and it should now skip those on Apple TV. As for the selectors their was a bug that made it so the add button didn't appear on every site that has been fixed but it will take some time till Firefox approves the update.
